Q.: How do I get started with DENJOY for inquiry?
A.:There are four options for you:
1. Please send an email via denjoy@denjoy.cn (company email) and a representative will contact you shortly.
2. Please contact us via company sales representative, they will contact you shortly at working hours of business day (Beijing time).
3. Please directly contact DENJOY via telephone 0086-731-85126543 or fax 0086-731-88885317.
4. Please leave us a message at inquiry form of our website www.denjoy.cn , and a representative will contact you within one business day.

Q.: How do I place an order with DENJOY?
A.:There are three options for you:
1. Please send an email to denjoy@denjoy.cn (company email) and one copy to sales representative’s email and we will contact you via e-mail shortly.
2. Please directly contact DENJOY via telephone 0086-731-85126543 or fax 0086-731-88885317.
3. Please fill in the inquiry form at our website www.denjoy.cn , we will finalize your orders by e-mail or fax to ensure the accuracy of your order.

Q.: How can I get the details of DENJOY products?
A.: For DENJOY products catalog, CE certificate, ISO13485, usage manual etc, you can download from our website or contact our representative (you need password for the usage manual).
You could also check the details at products center on our website.

Q.: How can I get samples promptly?
A.: Normally for sample order, we have products in stock.
You can contact our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.) account number, and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. Or you can pay us the shipping cost if you do not have courier account number.

Q.: What is normal production time of orders?
A.:Normally for small order of less than 10 pcs, we have products in stock.
The production of order more than 10pcs is depending on the quantity ordered. If you are sourcing a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

Q.: What's the payment term?
A.: T/T in advance before delivery

. Q.: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
A.: For MOQ of each item, please check the specification at products center on our website or contact our sales representative.

Q.: How can I trust the quality of the products?
A.: All DENJOY products are produced under the quality management system ISO13485:2003 certified by TUV Rheinland Germany, with the registration certificate issued by State Food and Drug Administration of China and employs a strong quality-control team who inspects every product before delivery. You can download the concerned certificate (as CE, ISO etc.) from our website.

Q.: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A.: Yes, you can customize your logo print / paint on the package, or make a label which print your logo stick on box, inside contents is plain, and each content do not show original country. We may charge you some printing fee.

Q.: How can I get CNF or CIF price?
A.: Normally our quotation is based on EX-Work (EXW) price. Please inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you the CNF or CIF price accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is to look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can deliver your cargo safely and promptly.

Q.: Whether DENJOY can offer me extra business service or not?
A.: Yes, if you want to purchase other products from China or need special services, please feel free to leave us a message or send us email informing which products you need. The more details you give us, the better service we can offer. Try to tell us the specification, reference, function, quantity and also send us the relevant pictures.
